Youth and Peace Building

The Regional Youth Peace Building Programme aims at creating spaces for capacity building, networking, synergy, and information sharing among the young people in the region and beyond through Youth Peace Clubs (YPCs) spread across the region, all in an effort to transforming young people into peace ambassadors.

FECCLAHA seeks to scale up youth engagement in peace building through facilitating national and regional policy advocacy forums and dialogue forums, engagement in sports, art and drama for peace building, as well as establishment and facilitation of regional youth peace ambassadors.

FECCLAHA also seeks to strengthen peace clubs as models in the region.The youth being a cross cutting issue, FECCLAHA, has hosted several workshops in a bid to enhance the capacity of the youth:
