FECCLAHA•

The Strategic Plan has been developed in line with best practices for development planning, ensuring participation of key stakeholders at every stage. The strategic planning process interrogated the institutional design of FECCLAHA, the historical evolution of the organization, achievements and challenges, its partnership arrangements, its strategic  development goals and objectives, strategies and its areas of programmatic focus.

The strategic planning process sought to assess FECCLAHA's programme results and achievements including efficiency and effectiveness and the impact it has had so far in different target areas and among different target groups.The process also evaluated FECCLAHA's organizational set up in relation to how best to realize meaningful programme goals and objectives. In addition, there was reflection on the future role of FECCLAHA in peace building and conflict transformation.
